💾 File Upload Guide (Design Format)
To ensure the best possible print quality for your custom t-shirt, please follow these guidelines when uploading your image:

Allowed Formats: We only accept design files in JPG or PNG format.

Image Resolution: For a crisp, clear print, we recommend uploading files that are high resolution (ideally 300 DPI or higher) and large enough for the intended print area.

PNG Advantage: If your design requires a transparent background (i.e., you only want the graphic printed without a colored box around it), please upload a PNG file. JPG files will always include a solid background.
Shipping & Return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items
- Worn-out apparel
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
