Customer Service and Sizing

Our primary customer support hours are MON to SAT: 9:00AM - 06:00PM SUN: 10:00AM - 03:00PM. While we monitor emails outside of these hours, responses may be slower during major holidays.

A detailed size guide with measurements (in inches or centimeters) is available on every product page. We recommend comparing these measurements to an item of clothing you already own for the best fit, as sizing can vary between brands.

Our apparel is primarily made from high-quality, comfortable materials like 100% cotton, cotton blends (e.g., poly-cotton), and fleece for our hoodies. Specific material content for each item is listed in the product description.

To keep your design vibrant, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or, ideally, hang dry. Do not iron directly on the graphic.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for our graphic tees and hoodies. DTF is a cutting-edge technique that ensures high-resolution, vibrant colors and a durable, flexible print that holds up well through multiple washes.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed and produced in [Insert your production time, e.g., 3-7 business days]. Shipping time then depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for your location will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

e start processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at info@etangibles.com within 2-3hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition within 7 to 14 days of delivery. Because many of our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for final sale items or issues solely based on incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please use the size guide!). If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

We apologize for any defect! Please contact us immediately at info@etangibles.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or print error. We will quickly work to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
