These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website (www.e-tangibles.com) and services offered by E-Tangibles Limited. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability:

• We sell graphic T-shirts, hoodies, and related apparel.
• Some designs are original, while others are credited works.
• All designs are the intellectual property of E-Tangibles and/or their respective owners. Reselling or unauthorized use is prohibited.

3 Orders & Payments:

• Payments accepted: Cash on Delivery (local), Bank Transfer (local), Credit Cards (local & international).
• All prices are listed in PKR (local) and converted where applicable.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Shipping:

• Local and international shipping timelines are as stated in our Shipping Policy.
• We do not deliver to African countries.

5. Returns & Refunds:

As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

• Designs, logos, and product images remain the property of E-Tangibles Limited unless otherwise credited.
• Customers are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or commercially use our designs.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• E-Tangibles is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by courier services.
• We are not responsible for minor variations in product colors due to display settings.

8. Governing Law:

For Pakistani customers, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

For international customers (UK, USA, Canada), local laws may apply in case of disputes.

9. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by local law in the customer’s region.
