- We sell graphic T-shirts, hoodies, and related apparel.
- Some designs are original, while others are credited works.
- All designs are the intellectual property of E-Tangibles and/or their respective owners. Reselling or unauthorized use is prohibited.
Orders & Payments
- Payments accepted: Cash on Delivery (local), Bank Transfer (local), Credit Cards (local & international).
- All prices are listed in PKR (local) and converted where applicable.
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Shipping
- Local and international shipping timelines are as stated in our Shipping Policy.
- We do not deliver to African countries.
Returns & Refunds
- As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual Property
- Designs, logos, and product images remain the property of E-Tangibles Limited unless otherwise credited.
- Customers are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or commercially use our designs.
Limitation of Liability
- E-Tangibles is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by courier services.
- We are not responsible for minor variations in product colors due to display settings.
Governing Law
- For Pakistani customers, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- For international customers (UK, USA, Canada), local laws may apply in case of disputes.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by local law in the customer’s region.
